By completing the registration process on 66pk and ticking the relevant acceptance box, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the 66pk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These terms apply to all services offered on 66pk including, but not limited to, sports betting, live casino games, slot games, Star Fishing, Golden Bank, and all promotional and VIP programme activities. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and maintain an account on 66pk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. 66pk strictly prohibits access by minors.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or close family member of 66pk or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

66pk reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage, including a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Accounts may be restricted pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

Each player may register and operate only one account on 66pk. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether discovered through matching identity documents, device fingerprints, payment details, or IP address — will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and for keeping that information up to date. 66pk accepts no liability for losses resulting from inaccurate registration information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify 66pk immediately via the support dashboard if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 66pk will never request your password through any communication channel.

66pk accepts deposits exclusively via the following verified payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though VIP tier accounts may have enhanced limits applied as part of their programme benefits. Deposits are credited to your 66pk account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

• 66pk does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits identified as originating from a payment account not registered in the account holder's name will be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
• Deposit fees: 66pk does not charge a deposit processing fee. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of 66pk.
• Failed deposits: If a payment is debited from your account but does not appear in your 66pk balance within 30 minutes, contact support via your account dashboard with the transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the account having passed the applicable KYC verification stage. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000 per transaction.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals: processed within 2–4 hours during business hours.
• Bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank): processed within 1–3 working days.
• VIP Black Diamond tier withdrawals: priority processing within 1 hour, 24/7.

66pk reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rs 100,000 or where the account's activity profile warrants additional scrutiny. Withdrawal requests may be temporarily held pending satisfactory completion of such checks. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional rewards offered by 66pk are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion. Where promotional terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that specific offer.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 66pk promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim window. Expired promotional offers cannot be retrospectively applied.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time limit. Failure to complete wagering within the allowed period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 66pk prohibits bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematic low-risk wagering strategies employed solely to clear wagering requirements, and any form of coordinated exploitation of promotional terms.
• 66pk reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus amounts and associated winnings in cases where abuse is identified.

All games offered on the 66pk platform — including cricket and PSL betting markets, live dealer casino tables, slot games, Star Fishing, and Golden Bank — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between game interface rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules apply to that game.

66pk uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable RNG-based games. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers and subject to independent oversight. The outcome of all games is final once the game round is completed and confirmed by the platform system.

In the event of a technical failure, system error, or communication interruption during a game round, 66pk will endeavour to restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, stakes for the affected round will be returned to the player's account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 66pk platform and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with 66pk games or the platform interface.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to 66pk support immediately; failure to do so is a breach of this Agreement.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using 66pk for money laundering purposes.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC processes.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts on the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate or influence the outcome of any live sporting event on which 66pk offers a betting market.

66pk is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base in Pakistan. The platform provides the following tools to all registered players, accessible at any time from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a set period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period after which betting access is restricted.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the platform for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours.

All content on the 66pk platform — including but not limited to the 66pk brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 66pk or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from 66pk.

By registering on 66pk, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence is automatically revoked upon account suspension or termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 66pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or technical failures outside the platform's reasonable control.

66pk's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this clause limits 66pk's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

66pk collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering on 66pk, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

66pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the platform at the time of next login.

Continued use of the 66pk platform following the publication of any revised terms constitutes acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not agree to a material amendment, your sole remedy is to cease use of the platform and close your account by contacting support.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 66pk holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through direct communication with 66pk customer support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing jurisdiction's dispute resolution framework.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute process, players are required to submit a written complaint to 66pk via the support dashboard and allow a period of 14 calendar days for the complaint to be reviewed and responded to. 66pk is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly and transparently.
